GO! awarded for best customer service
It is not standard and that is precisely why it is so special: a hotline as a customer service. While in some companies it doesn't even exist or is even seen as a necessary appendage, individual advice is one of the most important services we offer our customers. But we don't have a call centre, we have fixed, personal contact persons who closely accompany our customers in all phases of their logistics concepts. Moreover, we are not located just anywhere, but close to our customers, so we know the local conditions and can react particularly quickly.
Our customers appreciate this and place their trust in us.
The positive response of our customers to our service is also reflected in a recently published ranking* by WirtschaftsWoche and the market research institute ServiceValue. In the category "Parcel and Courier Services", we are among the TOP service providers for the third time in a row and have secured first place in 2023 and thus the "Best Customer Service" award.
*For the ranking, 108,995 consumer votes were collected on 701 companies and the best providers for customer service in 40 industries were awarded.
We are very pleased about this award. It shows us that our customers feel they are in good hands with us and that we have chosen the right path. Of course, we not only want to continue on this path in the future, but actively expand it.
