Drug transport according to GDP?
GO! Pharmalogistics

Pharmaceutical transports are subject to the strictest regulations. We comply with these, naturally in accordance with EU Good Distribution Practice (GDP). Specially trained employees and the highest quality standards ensure maximum safety along the entire supply chain of our pharmaceutical logistics at GO!

You need medicines or medical hygiene products - e.g. antibiotics, infusions, disinfectant solutions, ointments, bandages - for a laboratory, a research facility, a doctor's practice, a pharmacy or a hospital. Mostly from now on. In addition, you need delivery reliability - regardless of the time corridor.

All relevant GDP procedures and processes are stored in the entire GO! system and GO! Quality Management System. And therefore certainly always part of our pharmaceutical transports.

Case study:

Secured transport according to GDP guidelines

The pharmaceutical wholesaler Max Pharma ensures the temperature control of valuable medicines along the supply chain. The core competence lies in oncological supply - here Max Pharma is one of the leading companies in Germany.

In the field of oncology, sensitive and valuable medicines are often used that may only be stored and transported under certain temperature conditions (between 2 and 8 °C) after production. As a certified express and courier service provider, GO! has been responsible for the transport of medicines since 2005 and offers the company fast, Europe-wide and, above all, GDP-compliant distribution. Preparations for oncological care in particular are often specially adapted and manufactured for the respective patient. Reliable and safe delivery is all the more crucial to ensure that the valuable medication does not expire. "In the 15 years of our cooperation, no consignment has ever been lost or delivered too late," confirms Michael Kretzer, Managing Director of Max Pharma GmbH, "in addition to the professionalism exemplified by GO! during the conversion to GDP compliance in 2013, we particularly appreciate the human dynamics of the employees, who all work with heart and mind."

As a rule, the GO! Bayreuth station delivers shipments overnight and offers nationwide late pick-up until 6pm with early delivery on the next working day by 8am. If required, deliveries are also made on public holidays and throughout Europe. The volume of shipments is constantly high. Short transport times, the highest quality and safety standards as well as specially trained employees are the basic prerequisites for pharmaceutical transports at GO!

"In the more than 15 years we have worked together, no consignment has ever been lost or delivered too late. In addition to the professionalism exemplified by GO! during the GDP compliance conversion in 2013, we particularly appreciate the human dynamics of the employees, who all work with heart and mind."
