Working for GO! - a good decision for sure.

We not only place high demands on our logistics services, but above all on ourselves. Because the outstanding performance of our employees, drivers and couriers is what makes our company what it is.

To this end, we invest in secure jobs with development potential and are thus always one step ahead as an employer.

Our workplaces: beyond limits safe.

We invest in our employees, drivers and couriers, because they are our corporate DNA and contribute to us being the quality leader in the CEP industry. They benefit from a job that is secure in the long term, which is not only varied but also always meets the latest requirements.

This is ensured above all by appreciative cooperation, extensive training opportunities, investments in employee health and integrated quality management.

All training courses are always geared towards optimal service, but also towards the safety of employees, couriers, consignors, consignees and the contents of the consignment during transport: GDP, hazardous goods, etc.

Satisfied employee thanks to many options

With GO! Mainz, I have found an employer who has made it possible for me to combine family and career very well for almost 15 years now. With the flexitime system and the possibility to work part-time, I have always been able to coordinate my working hours with my childcare hours. The fact that leave is also granted during holidays without any problems and, if necessary, at short notice at the required times, is the hallmark of a family-friendly employer. Now with a big child, I wanted to develop professionally. Here, too, my employer supported me in career planning and offered me a further development opportunity.

Operations Department

What fascinates me most about Operations is that, due to the many different customer requirements and the resulting mostly customised solutions - which we of course handle with the utmost care and a high degree of reliability - you end your working day every day without boredom and with new experiences.

Satisfied employees thanks to many options

From trainee to deputy operations manager.

In 2003, Florian Runzheimer started as a courier at GO! to finance his studies. He completed several student internships and eventually had a permanent position at GO! Mainz. He is now deputy operations manager at the central HUB in Niederaula.

"My everyday working life is really colourful - like life with my daughter - and no two days are the same. Always new challenges make working at GO! so interesting. It all stands and falls with the colleagues. I am proud to have such a great team by my side."

W. Welge, Hanover
Export Department

The most exciting working hours are often on Friday evenings, when many challenges await you. Even the Corona pandemic with all the restrictions and additional precautions does not upset me - just like my colleagues. We want to continue to support our customers reliably, quickly and flexibly. And so far we have succeeded in doing so!

These are our working worlds.

We offer many different areas of work, and there are just as many opportunities to join us - whether as a temporary employee, intern, trainee, career starter, career changer or specialist at GO!

CSRWhat we say about us as an employer.

"It is a special concern of ours to support our employees, drivers and couriers in their work biography. Whether it's flexible working time models or the promotion of personal strengths - together we develop the best path for a career in our company."

Martina Baerecke,
Managing Director GO! Germany

Why you should work with us.

No one is "just a courier" or "just in accounting" with us: with us, various specialists work hand in hand, making full use of their respective strengths and experience - from the acceptance of the order to the handover to the recipient. It goes without saying that everyone is equally valued.

In detail, you can count on the following with us:

  • sympathetic colleagues in small teams on site who, together with a wide network, fulfil customer wishes,
  • in many areas, opportunities to join the company, even for career changers,
  • comprehensive development and training opportunities that support you personally and professionally,
  • training courses that are always geared towards optimal service, but also towards the safety of employees, couriers, consignors, consignees and the contents of consignments during transport: GDP, hazardous goods, etc,
  • our desire for long-term cooperation, because we like to think in terms of generations,
  • appropriate training, whether by colleagues or through our GO! academy,
  • the compatibility of family and career,
  • flat hierarchies,
  • short coordination channels,
  • a high level of personal responsibility,
  • a varied but also challenging working day, and a central benefits programme and
  • a central "benefits programme" that enables you to make purchases and bookings at attractive conditions.

AwardsWhat others say about us as an employer and service provider.

Relationship status: highly satisfied. That is our motto. Only with satisfied employees can we fulfil our customers' wishes and thus make them satisfied customers.

I think you have to be born to be a logistician. You have to be stress-resistant and flexible and always have a solution ready quickly.

- Marcos F., Team leader GO! Hamburg

I love demanding things, as they are often a very special challenge. The balancing act between express delivery and maintaining a high standard of quality particularly motivates me.
