German B2B Award: GO! is branch champion
Who has the most satisfied customers? And why?
These questions were investigated by the German Society for Consumer Studies in October 2021. In a large B2B ranking across Germany, decision-makers in middle and top management were asked to assess their satisfaction with companies. More than 100,000 judgements on a total of 1,387 companies, compiled on the basis of independent research, were evaluated.
Across all sectors, the TOP 20% of the 1,387 companies were awarded "Outstanding". In addition, an "Industry Champion 2022" was chosen in 101 industries.
We are pleased to be the industry champion with the most outstanding "price/performance ratio" in the express courier sector for the second time in a row. According to the respondents, our performance is in proportion to the price we charge.
In addition, we also won the hearts of the customers in the areas of "customer satisfaction" and "customer service" and achieved second place in each case.
All in all, we achieved the following awards in the German B2B Award 2022:
- outstanding customer satisfaction (cross-sector)
- Outstanding customer service (cross-sector)
- Outstanding price-performance ratio (cross-sector)
- TOP customer satisfaction in the express courier services sector
- TOP customer service in the express courier services sector
- 1st place price/performance in the express courier services sector
