GO! has done it again! We have been honoured by the renowned SZ-Institute with the "Highest Customer Satisfaction" award in the CEP market. We would like to thank all participants who took part in the survey conducted by the market research institute YouGov.

An award like this makes us proud, but at the same time the ranking also spurs us on.

According to the SZ-Institute, the survey was based on the following factors: shopping experience, customer service, openness and transparency. Taking these four criteria into account, a so-called "score" was determined in relation to satisfied and dissatisfied customers.

The scale ranges from -100 to +100 points. With a score of 61.18 (1st place in the CEP market!) out of a possible 100 points, we are in the top quarter, but see a great opportunity to improve further. This is because the top ten across all sectors starts at 89.2.


We will therefore continue to work on giving our all for our customers, who are at the centre of everything we do.

To which factors is our award attributable?

We have had a personal and direct contact person for every customer for 40 years. This leads to transparent processes and good customer service along the entire GO! customer journey, which we have maintained since 1984.

With a delivery rate of 99.43% on the first delivery attempt (!) and a damage rate of 0.02%, we are also the most reliable service provider on the CEP market. We focus on customised logistics solutions that we tailor to each individual customer and their business needs. We analyse the individual customer requirements and put together a service and product package that is precisely tailored to the customer's challenges.
