European Canoe Championships: Gold medal confidently secured

Sebastian Brendel, the three-time Olympic champion, won gold together with his two-man partner Tim Hecker!

On the first weekend of June, the two won the 1,000 meters, having previously secured 2nd place in the 500 meters behind Russia.
