GO! once again certified for high customer loyalty

Especially in times of crisis, it is important to be able to rely on a reliable partner. In a brand index on customer loyalty, YouGov therefore determined which companies and brands customers are loyal to and which providers from 33 categories were able to increase consumer loyalty the most compared to the previous year.

We are pleased to be represented as some representative from the express and courier services sector among the TOP 10, to have increased by more than 10 percent and thus to have received the award for "High Customer Loyalty".

For the survey, YouGov interviewed around one million consumers over the course of 2022. Participants indicated whether they had already been a customer of a brand and which brand within the associated category they would buy again.
