GO! Customer service awarded "TOP" again

Consumers want to see performance for their money - also in service. An exclusive study by Wirtschaftswoche shows which companies are particularly convincing in this respect. In this year's Best Customer and Consumer Service 2022 ranking, the topic "Service in Germany" was surveyed in detail. The market research institute ServiceValue collected 101,348 consumer opinions on 640 companies and selected the best providers in 40 sectors.

We are pleased that GO! - after a TOP ranking last year - was once again able to convince and also improve its ranking from 6th to 2nd place.

The respondents gave marks from one (very good) to six (insufficient) for customer contact via a central service point - i.e. for dialogue with companies via telephone hotline, e-mails, contact form or chat. With our free service number and personal contact persons on site, we were able to convince here.
