Personal data
Personal data is information about the personal or factual characteristics of a specified natural person or a natural person who can be identified on the basis of such data. This includes information such as your name, address, telephone number and date of birth or email address, identification number, location data, network identifier or on one or more specific elements of your physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity. Information that does not identify you, such as your favourite websites or the number of users of a website or the search engine you use, is not personal data.

Certain sections of the website, in particular the Forms section, Let's GO! or GO! Online & Track require a user registration or password for access. Specific information about the shipment will be provided to the authorities of the transit or destination country for customs and tax purposes, or for security checks of the shipment, if required by the laws of the respective country. The information provided will normally include: the name of the company, the name and address of the consignor, the name of the company of the consignee, the name and address of the consignee, the description of the goods, the number of items, the weight and value of the consignment.
Use of your personal data
The personal data you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and we will not retain it for longer than is necessary for these purposes. On the other hand, this data helps us to improve the services we offer you and also makes it easier for you to work with the content of the website.If you agree, we may use your personal information, especially your contact details, to occasionally inform you by telephone, fax, e-mail or post about our company, special offers and other information that may be useful to you. Unfortunately, we cannot contact you without this information. If you no longer wish to receive this information, please contact our customer service line.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC).
