Všechny naše zásilky jsou automaticky pojištěny dle mezinárodní úmluvy CMR. Toto pojištění je však omezeno na cca 10 € / kg v silniční a 20 € / kg v letecké dopravě. Pro případy, kdy převážíte zboží vyšší hodnoty, nabízíme nadstandardní pojištění vašich zásilek GO! AllRisk. Pojistíme zásilku proti poškození, zničení a loupeži na 100% hodnoty zboží.
Výše pojistného pro mezinárodní i vnitrostátní přepravu se pohybuje v rozmezí 0,5 – 1,5% hodnoty zboží, minimálně však 300,- Kč. Stanovuje se dle
- místa nakládky a vykládky
- druhu zboží, a zda se jedná o použité, nebo nové zboží
- hodnoty přepravovaného zboží
All our shipments are automatically insured according to the international CMR convention. However, this insurance is limited to approx. 10 €/kg in road transport and 20 €/kg in air transport. Choose how we will confirm the delivery of your shipment.
1. On our website in the section Tracking you will find the date and time of receipt of the shipment no later than the next working day after delivery.
2. We will automatically send you a confirmation of delivery to any e-mail no later than the next working day after delivery.
3. We will inform you by phone + fax as soon as possible after delivery. The information will be communicated to you by telephone and, if you wish, additionally by fax. In most cases we will inform you on the day of delivery, for destinations with a long time delay we will contact you the next day in the morning.A confirmation with a copy of the signature of the person accepting the shipment is included in the telephone and fax confirmation. In case of an additional written request, the confirmation will be sent to you within 5 working days. All we will need from you for smooth representation in customs proceedings is:
1. a power of attorney for an indefinite period signed by the managing director of your company
2. an extract from the commercial register
3. a VAT certificate
4. your company's EORI number

If you need your parcel delivered early in the morning or late in the afternoon, GO! will accommodate your needs. With GO! Weekend, Friday afternoons do not mean a two-day break. GO! couriers will deliver and pick up your shipments on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We operate 365 days a year to ensure the smooth operation of your company. Pickup, transport and delivery will be handled by a dedicated courier who is only responsible for you and your shipments. The price of transport is also based on this, the mileage rate starts at 14 CZK without VAT / 1 km. The route is calculated from the nearest entry point, which are our branches in Prague, Pilsen and Brno. For a better idea, for example, a shipment from Beroun to Ostrava will be priced as follows - Hostivice-Beroun-Ostrava-Hostivice.
