Services of GO!

There is no need to enter into a contract for cooperation with us; in the case of a first order, a written, fax or email order and confirmation of billing information is sufficient. Of course, if your company requires a contract with the supplier, it is not a problem to contract our cooperation.

Yes, we can also arrange palletised shipments for you on request.

Each destination has its own weight and size limits. We will be happy to recommend the most suitable way of transporting your shipment for your specific destination. For the safety of our carriers, we require advance notice for shipments in which a single piece is heavier than 50 kg or for shipments with a total weight of more than 500 kg.

Order transport

When ordering, you must provide your customer number, if available, the address of the pickup and delivery location, the number of items in the shipment and their approximate weight, and the time requirements for pickup and delivery. In addition, when ordering shipping, you must specify which service (GO! Express, GO! Smart) you would like for delivery of your shipment. If you do not specify any specifications, your shipment will automatically be shipped in GO! Express.

Yes. Only the first shipment is paid by the client in cash.

The Czech Republic is listed at the end of the list of countries, after countries beginning with the letter Z.

Correctly submitted orders are marked with a black dot and a waybill is generated for them under the pdf symbol.

Shipment in transit

Outside of term delivery, we deliver throughout the working day. We pick up deliveries between 12:00 and 17:30, unless the client requests otherwise. Please allow two hours for loading. To contact the courier, please call 800 311 000.

MON - FR always by prior arrangement on 800 311 000, where we will tell you the time range in which the shipment can be picked up. You can send from Prague and Pilsen until 17:30. You need to inform us that you are taking a shipment to us by 15:00.

The courier will leave a notification of unsuccessful delivery. GO! will inform you when the next delivery attempt will be made.

If you order shipping via the website, you will find information about the delivery of the shipment in the GO! Delivery.

We deliver your shipment via our partner. We monitor the status of your shipment 3 times a day and will inform you immediately in case of accidental circumstances.

Shipment insurance

All shipments are insured as standard according to the CMR convention, which means at about 10 EUR/kg in road and 20 EUR/kg in air transport. We therefore recommend that you have your valuable goods insured as part of the GO! All-Risk.

Your shipment can be insured with GO! All-Risk. This protects your shipment against all risks that may be associated with the transport of your shipment. The standard insurance premium for international and domestic shipments ranges from 0.5% to 1.5% of the value of the shipment, with a minimum of CZK 300. The insurance premium is determined according to:

1) the place of loading and unloading
2) the type of goods and whether they are used or new
3) the value of the goods being transported

Additional services

The fuel surcharge is an additional charge to the freight rate that GO! charges on all international shipments. The amount of the fuel surcharge is updated every month. It is determined to the nearest 0.5% and is listed on the GO! - Fuel Surcharge website. The fuel surcharge is charged on top of the freight charge, excluding VAT. No fuel surcharge is charged for additional services such as cash on delivery or delivery confirmation. The fuel surcharge is charged for each individual shipment.

Volumetric weight - the volume in cubic cm divided by 5.000 determines the volumetric weight in kg. The volumetric weight calculation is applied if the absolute weight is less than the calculated volumetric weight.

Yes, at your request we will also invoice another entity for the transport.

Claims

If your parcel has been lost or damaged, you must send a written complaint to faktury@general-overnight.cz within 7 working days of receipt of the parcel. Please note that the sooner you report the damage and send us everything we need, the more likely your claim will be processed positively by the insurance company.

You will be informed of the outcome of the complaint procedure within 60 days of confirmation by GO! Express & Logistics of receipt of all necessary documents.
