** Oversized shipment specifications
An oversized shipment is any shipment that meets at least one of the following criteria:
1. Length of one side over 130 cm
2. Weight of one piece over 50 kg
3. Sum of length + 2x width + 2x height exceeds 360 cm
4. The total weight of the shipment is greater than 100 kg real weight or 200 kg dimensional weight

**** For shipments to countries or territories affected by war, unrest or terrorism. Applies to the areas of the following countries: Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nigeria, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela and Yemen.
***** A Data Entry surcharge applies if the order is not placed through the GO! Online - however, this fee is easily avoided by registering with GO! Online (the fee does not apply to the first order that is placed by phone or email).
****** Valid from 1.6.2025. If the shipment is not cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee of CZK 500 will be charged. This fee covers the costs associated with scheduling and preparing the shipment.
