GO! presents its Office³ transport logistics - customised logistics for the office.
Bonn. The medium-sized express and courier service provider GO! General Overnight (Service) Deutschland GmbH is extending its services in the ‚Solutions’ area. The Office³ product package comprises a special bundle of premium express services aligned to meet the typical needs of offices in the broadest sense - for running companies, agencies, legal chambers and doctors' offices. The ‚enhanced’ range of logistical services for the office comprises three categories: for frequent, standard needs as the inexpensive ‚GO! Letter’, for particularly simple despatches as ‚GO! Easy’ and for same-day express logistics as ‚GO! by:day’.
GO!'s Office³ package offers a combination of new services and some recently created products for the office sector:
The proven ‚GO! Letter’ is the ideal, inexpensive despatch method for a frequent requirement for overnight deliveries of smaller consignments weighing up to 250 g, for example a CD or a certificate of authentication, which fit in the purpose-designed ‚envelope’
‚GO! Easy’ is based on the principle of the ‚letter’ „simplicity“ is the currency here. Consignments weighing up to 3 kg - for example a filled file box - that need to get to the recipient overnight for the next morning, can be handily despatched in a tidy, secure package.
‚GO! by:day’ is a unique, Germany-wide express product for same-day despatch and was developed in partnership with the Lufthansa subsidiary time:matters. When there is insufficient production time for overnight despatch, or even if it has to be extended to the next morning, but the consignment - for example a presentation or a complicated bid - still has to get to the recipient the following afternoon, ‚by:day’ provides the solution. As an enhancement to its ‚same-day’ services, GO! will pick up consignments for specific connections on the same-day network up until 12.00 am and deliver them personally to the recipient before 5.00 pm on the same day. The price advantage compared to ‚same-day’ arises because there is a single flight available per connection per day, and it is not the next possible plane that is used.
This new offering from GO! constitutes a prompt response to specific customer requirements. „In daily contact with our customers, we have our ‚ears close to the marketplace’: Office³ is our response to many questions about express despatch in the ‚office’ sector. The new product is helping to bring GO! even closer to its customers“, comments Norbert Suttarp, GO!'s MD.
To further facilitate the despatch process, appropriate pouches and packaging has been developed for the three different service categories, and these can be requested free of charge from the GO! depot involved (service hotline in Germany: 0800/859 99 99).
