The national and international fuel surcharge
GO! has introduced fuel surcharges which are calculated on a monthly basis based on the average price of diesel and kerosene. Respective adjustments of the surcharge become applicable as of the first day of each month. The corresponding information will be made available on the internet approximately two weeks before the respective start date.
Calculation basis for fuel surcharge
The national fuel surcharge is based on the monthly average price for a litre of diesel as determined by the ADAC. The current data basis is available by clicking here. The published average value of the previous month is the data basis for the coming (not current month).
The international surcharge
The prices for kerosene on the Rotterdam spot market, which are published by the (U.S. Department of Energy), are used as a basis for calculating the international fuel surcharge. The latest data used for the calculations can be viewed hier. The average figure published for the previous month forms the basis for calculating the surcharge in the coming month (not the current one).

Invoicing
The fuel surcharge is only added to the net amount of a consignment. Extra services, such as COD consignments or acknowledgments of receipt, carry no surcharge. The surcharge is levied on each consignment separately.
Other information
GO! reserves the right to change the calculation basis for the fuel surcharge and the surcharge table without prior notice.
The respectively current fuel surcharge rates will be regularly published on this website.
